Holt is a small community in the western part of Okaloosa County, Florida, located along US 90 and County Road 189. Holt is one of the older communities in the county where pioneers settled along the Yellow and Blackwater rivers between 1830 and 1859, making a living trapping, hunting, and fishing. There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
