After significant flooding to our home, SERVPRO had an extremely quick response time and immediately got to work removing water and setting up equipment . They were friendly and helped us feel at ease during the stress. Joey is extremely personable and has been an absolute pleasure to work with, putting all of the moving parts into place. Nikki and Kenny were great from the moment they got here to the moment they left. We had a lot of damage in our master bedroom due to a tree falling through our roof and ceiling. Ceiling fell in with all the insulation on top. Within 3 hours they completed and when they finished and we did the walk through we were blown away. How clean and organized AND they taped off with plastic and tape out whole ceiling so that no more debris would come in. We appreciated them and their work.
When we discovered what appeared to be mold on some wood floor boards that share a wall with our shower, we panicked. A quick call to SERVPRO was all it took to get the answers we needed. Scott came out as scheduled to take a look and his expertise, honesty, and thorough evaluation was beyond top-notch. I would recommend SERVPRO without hesitation. And based on how honest and transparent Scott was, they are the only company I would trust during any home damage restoration.
I am not one to normally just bubble perfect scores - but this was absolutely perfect. Everything looks amazing; and the few hiccups that we had (outside of their control) the team was open and honest about updates. I can't get over how great this all was!

He kept the project and team on track, kept me in the loop, helped manage my other vendors including my insurance company, etc. it’s nice to have someone so helpful by your side during trying times.
