Although my insurance company chose another vendor, and preferred not to change it, indicating that doing that would delay the approval process to do the job, David (SERVPRO) was so much more professional and friendly than them. He provided a very detailed estimate of all the work to be done, including pictures. I’m still waiting to receive one from the other company, even the job started a week ago… David didn’t miss anything, and took his time to explain the job.
I will definitely recommend SERVPRO to any friend or neighbor in need of related advice.
