Came out at 6:30 am on a Saturday to do water extraction after a broken water line on Labor Day weekend!
We had a bad water leak with water pouring thru the downstairs ceiling. SERVPRO showed up, immediately took control, and mitigated a lot of damage.The manager came by at least 4 times to reassess the project and damage. He was very friendly, professional and knew his business. He gave great advice about the need and nature of repairs. Bottom line, DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE!
Unfortunately, I have had to use Lakelands SERVPRO on a few occasions. Fortunately since I am the Risk Manager for a firm, we have developed a long standing relationship with the SERVPRO team. I highly recommend using their service. They are extremely prompt in response and very detailed in making sure the customer is taken care of. Their knowledge and even their equipment is top notch. I would use them in any personal issue I may ever face.
They were absolutely fabulous to work with. They explained everything clearly so we could understand. They helped with the insurance company and guided us along the way. They were professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and easy to reach. Rob is who we talked to the most and he has always been available to answer questions, concerns, or just guide us to the next step. We are very appreciative of their work and will use them again if need be.
Jessie, Robert and George were all so very helpful during such a difficult time with our grandfathers house flooding. Once called they arrived very quickly and immediately started taking photos of all of the damage and went right to work trying to stop anymore damage from being done. Because of their quick response we were able to salvage much more than we thought. They were also very helpful in communicating with our insurance adjuster as well, and stayed in constant communication with us too. Would highly recommend theirs services and cannot thank them enough!!

They kept me informed of each step they were taking and a time frame for completion. The job had more extensive damage than originally thought and SERVPRO of Lakeland took care of it.
