Crestview, Florida, is the county seat of Okaloosa County, located in the Florida panhandle. Crestview has one of the highest elevations in Florida, coming in at 235 feet above sea level. After the Pensacola and Atlantic Railroad Company opened a line in 1883 between Pensacola and Chattahoochee, Crestview began growing. Today it is home to about 25,000 people. There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
