Cocoa, is a Florida city that is entirely different than Cocoa Beach Florida. The city is on the mainland with the Indian River as the eastern border, and the St. John’s River to the west.
Several stories circulate among Cocoa old timers as to how the town got its name. One story says that the mail used to come by river boat and was placed in an empty tin box labeled Baker's Cocoa. The crew assigned to handle my damage and mold problem were from this branch. Roland, Marty, Juan, and Rick were absolutely superb. They carefully cleaned and packed the small items and made sure everything was safe before starting the removal. They did a great job with the damage removal and were quick to boot. SERVPRO arrrived within 1 hour of the initial call and acted professional and with a sense of urgency. They remained on sight with all of the proper equipment (dehumidifier/and fans) and did a complete and professional remediation. We have since made plans to use our local SERVPRO franchise for any remediation work needed.
A sewer backup in your home is a catastrophe just waiting to happen. It just happened to me and in five days, William Chesrnut and his co worker, William, had everything gross out of my home, sprayed and wiped and sanitized,all ready for their crew to come and replace walls, floors, cabinet, carpet. In those five days I went from being petrified and nervous to my calm and serene self. That didn’t happen only because of the work they did, but because they came everyday to check on things, always telling me what was going on, what was going to happen, and how it all worked. I was being reassured from day one that they were taking care of everything. Now that’s real SERVICE!!
