There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
