Baker is a small community in Okaloosa County, Florida, located about ten miles northwest of the city of Crestview. The area grew up when the timber and turpentine industries were prevalent. There was, however, one problem with regard to a large hole in the ceiling not being repaired when the owner of the unit arrived last week for vacation. After I called to express my concern, Melanie Morgan took it upon herself to take corrective action and fix the problem in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the help I received from all your employees, most especially Melanie, for assisting me in getting this situation resolved.
