Since Lewes was first settled by the Dutch in 1631, the townspeople have taken great pride in their historic and seafaring heritage and enjoy the opportunity of sharing both with many visitors. Lewes is situated where the Delaware Bay and Atlantic Ocean meet. The location affords locals and visitors an abundance of water sports and activities such as swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and pleasure boating. In the over 4,000 acres of preserved lands in Cape Henlopen State Park; you find beautiful beaches, nature trails, bird sanctuaries and an educational center. Lewes is a walking town. Within about a half square mile you will find historical sites, shops, restaurants, museums and antiques shops. We have offered all of our services to the town of Lewes for 30 years and in addition to our fire and water remediation efforts; our janitorial team can be found in all the municipal buildings keeping things fresh and clean! They cleaned the top of paddle fans, door frames, covered vents till Brandon could get here, shampoo the wall to wall carpets and so much more.
