The crew was outstanding! There was nothing that Janet and Olivia couldn't do -- every nook and cranny were scrubbed, decontaminated and polished. They returned today to complete the work by scrubbing and decontaminating the wall-to-wall carpet. Many thanks to SERVPRO for their excellent service!

I appreciated that they made sure to relay the message to be careful due to the carpets being slippery. This is great for me to be aware of since it is myself and my grandparents in our home. Soot removal. Thank you Janet and Tootie for giving us the time to explain the best things we could do to minimize the spread of the soot. They cleaned the top of paddle fans, door frames, covered vents till Brandon could get here, shampoo the wall to wall carpets and so much more. Janet and Tootie were the best in checking what should have been cleaned the prior weeks. Thank you Janet and Tootie for some great, friendly service.
