Mario Luciani
Mario Luciani has led SERVPRO Team Luciani as CEO for the last 17 years. Mario has worked to develop Team Luciani extensively, handpicking only the most dedicated and knowledgeable professionals in the business to join his team. When asked what he thinks is most important in running a business, Mario answered, “For me, helping my customers in their time of need is most important. Brian Mazzone
Brian Mazzone is our Operations Manager here at SERVPRO Team Luciani. Brian has been with SERVPRO for over 12 years and is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He’s also a Certified Asbestos Abatement Site Supervisor. As Operations Manager, Brian handles a wide variety of tasks from production to estimating. Brian has an extensive background in the insurance industry and is well-versed in helping customers through the claims process. Brian is known for his team-player attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. #TEAMLUCIANI
Emily Griffin
Emily is our Office Manager, working to ensure our customer service teams provide excellent service to our customers. She also handles our Digital Marketing and social media presence. Her goal is to help ensure our clients and customers get the best service possible and showcase how SERVPRO #TEAMLUCIANI is truly always Here to Help!
Mariah Miklus
Mariah is our Claims Team manager and has been with the company for over 4 years. She works to ensure a seamless estimating process, quickly resolve insurance claims, and builds relationships with the insurance companies that we work with.
Tony Maldonado
Tony is one of our Project Managers at SERVPRO Team Luciani, regarded as one of our mold experts. Tony has been with the company for over 3 years and works hard to make the restoration process as simple as possible for our customers.
Jose Rivera
Jose has been with Team Luciani for many years, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 after coming on as a Technician and then Crew Chief. With years of hands-on experience, Jose has all the training required to fully inspect your property and create a plan for restoration.
Mark Mastropietro
Mark is one of our Project Managers, who has well over a decade of experience in the restoration industry. He is IICRC Certified and has extensive knowledge to ensure that your property is completely restored to pre-damage conditions following a disaster.
Sabrina Maldonado
Sabrina is one of our Project Managers, and has experience both hands on as well as managing restoration work. She is IICRC Certified, and has all the experience needed to expertly inspect your property when it comes to water damage, fire damage or mold.
Nila R.
Nila has been with Team Luciani for over 5 years, and is our Corporate Estimator and IT manager. He works hard to make sure that everything is in line to submit to insurance companies. He is an essential part of our team!

Choosing SERVPRO of Branford/Shoreline when I had a kitchen fire was the best choice I could have made. The SERVPRO team was at my home within 1 hour of my call to them. They were so professional and courteous. When I had questions about the restoration process, the team did a great job explaining every little detail to me. If I ever have to use a restoration company again, I’ll be using SERVPRO of Branford/Shoreline.
