After receiving a call from my tenant that the hot water heater was leaking and there was 6 inches of water on the floor, I called SERVPRO in Meriden to take care of the problem. They even cleaned items that got wet, boxed and labeled everything. They completed everything they said they were going to do within the time frame given to us. The communication between their office was top notch. We didn’t even have to lift a finger. Our basement is better than it was before. Would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

My washing machine hose broke and flooded my entire basement. I called my insurance company and they referred me to SERVPRO. They came out same day and were so nice!
