In my business we often find ourselves in the position of renovating apartment buildings that come with environmental conditions so I am no stranger to mitigation work. I was impressed with how efficient Bradley was in his assessment of and resolution to the damage. They did no more work than what was needed but enough to give me peace of mind it was done right.
