The mess got taken care of and everything was dried out according to the moisture reader. From the initial phone call to the mitigation closeout, SERVPRO folks were great, informative and so very helpful throughout the whole process.

We had a leaking roof caused by our solar panels. As result we had significant water damage in our kitchen and pantry. Our solar company subcontracted with SERVPRO to repair and repaint the interior. Jose and his staff were timely, professional and extremely helpful during the process. As advertised, our kitchen and pantry looks like it never happened! We were very pleased with the staff, they were respectful of our home, kept as apprised of their progress and followed up with us to ensure we were pleased with the result. We would highly recommend SERVPRO to friends and family.
I had a water leak under my kitchen floor that caused quite a bit of damage, for a long time. Being a mobile home and having particle board as my subfloor the water destroyed a fair amount of subfloor. The crew from SERVPRO NW came in, set up equipment, and basically babysat me through the multiple weeks of repairs. It started with the Remediation team, the teams where they packed out all of our furniture and household items. The Restoration team then came in and restored the house to its original state. Quality of all the employees, workmanship and attention to detail was tremendous. The end result was outstanding. We had no issues during the process and would highly recommend SERVPRO!
