I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO. I recently bought a building and had some water damage.  It started in the bathroom on the 3rd floor and spilled over to the 2nd floor and the garage on the 1st floor. SERVPRO came out to review the damage and provided me with a ballpark that night and a quote the next day. It took about 3-4 days before everything was dried out and cleaned. 

What impressed me the most were the people. First there was Casey in the office. She was friendly and very responsive. Clark who gave me the initial estimate was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and he walked me through how it would be done and how long it would take. Chris and George were great. Chris was there on a daily basis letting me know how things were progressing. Then when the process was done Chris and George made sure they left everything as clean as possible. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do, at least I know who I will call.

Thanks to the entire SERVPRO team for making this awful experience not so awful. You guys are awesome.

I have become aware of SERVPRO over the past several years and would suggest them as a solution to all of your restoration needs. In times of need yes, you need a crew that will step in and clean up the mess. Yes they have an excellent crew and they will do just that with professionalism and the best of training. What you also may overlook in the time of immediate need is that you also need integrity, compassion and a team that will complete the job properly. SERVPRO has always exemplified that to me in each of our situations.

My business was under water, no pun intended.  SERVPRO came in, dried us out and really did a tremendous job.  One business to another, thanks.

I've been exposed to contractors/workers on 2 continents for both residential and commercial properties and this is the first time, I felt the need to write a review and let the public know about my experience. SERVPRO of Woodland deserves special mention, specifically one of their team leaders, Fredy Real along with his top right hand man, Tim Nolan and all the other team members that worked in my home..

I had extensive water damage and Fredy from the beginning, was extremely professional, knowledge and 5 steps ahead of the project at all times. Tim Nolan was extremely thorough, hard working and did an immaculate job.  I had a 10 ft granite counter top that needed to be removed and I didn't think it was humanly possible to remove it without some cracking/chipping.  Tim removed it without any damage/chipping, wow Tim!!

Freddy and his team are an asset to SERVPRO of Woodland Hills.  The owner, Brandon Hedding is very fortunate to have them represent his company in the community.

Fantastic family-run business.

These guys are great!  Professional, on-time and most importantly they did a great job.  We had a bunch of water damage to the business and they came in and took care of everything fast.
