Fire Damage Restoration

All my work was complete and it was time to have SERVPRO back to unpack all my boxes and furniture. 
Im so pleased they sent Tim to unpack my furniture and boxes.  He was their top person who exceeded my expectation when they came out 4 months ago.

Tim one again, work extremely hard, unpacked everything and made sure my furniture was put back exactly the way I wanted it.

I’m writing to recommend SERVPRO services. I had a very unfortunate situation in which we had a house fire. From day one, they had my interest at the forefront. They had it boarded up and within a short time we had the reconstruction completely planned and coordinated with my insurance company. The assigned project manager always kept informed and provided options as it progressed. I can tell you that they went above and beyond to make sure that it was done right. You hear of so many bad situations in this world. I recommend going with SERVPRO because they have been in business for a long time and have the backing to get things done. They made it this terrible situation so much less stressful. I was able to concentrate on my family and work without worrying about this project.

I moved into my apartment on January 9th and on January 24th we had a fire which made our place completely unihabitable. I have never been in this situation before so I had no idea what to do.  I called SERVPRO and Brandon was so kind and understanding and answered all of my questions on the phone.  He met with me the very next day and was able to schedule me a couple of hours later due to the emergency like state of needing to get out of the apartment.  The crew worked for hours cleaning and packing my stuff and taking inventory of everything, making it one less headache for me to deal with. They were nice and polite and did an amazing job with everything! Brandon and his crew are genuinely kind people and I am so grateful for their help during this tragic time in my life. I highly recommend them to anyone going through a disaster in their home...they will help you and take care of you, so you can take care of the other millions of things you need to do!. Used SERVPRO as requested by insurance company after we had a fire within the wall behind fireplace. Fire department did their job and left a mess.
Nima, Matt, and Marisol came today and did their cleanup & prep. They were professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Marisol will return tomorrow with her crew to do a HEPA cleaning. Happy with the entire SERVPRO team so far including roofer Manny wrapping the damaged chimney before the rain, and Keith the mitigation manager.

Our home was a disaster after the fire we had.  SERVPRO was very professional and made everything so much easier.  Thank you! 

I hope nothing bad happens that would require that you have to use SERVPRO but if something does happen SERVPRO is the real deal. Throughout my family's recovery from a fire, they have been the best and most professional people to work with. Jenny and the rest of the SERVPRO Team have gone above and beyond with communication throughout the process and have done everything with kindness and an amazing attitude. I'm so thankful for all they have done for us. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them if anything like this ever happens again.

We had a major fire in our condominium complex that destroyed 8 units. SERVPRO was contacted and they were promptly on the job.  Their staff is very professional and were  readily available to meet the needs of the residents who were affected.
