The SERVPRO of San Ramon crew did an amazing job on a home bequeathed to Hope Hospice! Years and years of grime, dust, nicotine buildup, smoke damage and odor were removed and mitigated. They were courteous, hard-working and took a lot of care in working on this special property. It was so bad, we knew it was a disaster-level cleaning job and SERVPRO San Ramon were the ones to do it. The transformation was amazing and it is now ready for painting.  The house even seems happier! Thanks SERVPRO San Ramon!

James, Mayra and Bola were the team that we worked with and they made this very stressful event during the holidays go smoothly! They were always timely and let us know exactly what was going on with our property. They were a very professional and exceptional team!

We had a very good experience with SERVPRO. Cody, Mayra and Angel were very kind, patient, empathetic, and informative. We had many questions during this clean up process, and they were always willing to answer, reply to a text, or pick up our call. They left the house in good order, and tidied up every day as they left. They kept us posted as to what was happening with our insurance. This water damage was a stressful and intrusive event… Cody did a great job of coming in and explaining the path forward, and Mayra and Angel were respectful and reliable!!

My experience with SERVPRO of San Ramon, after the New Year’s Eve flood at my San Ramon condo, has been wonderful. They were extremely responsive even though it was a holiday weekend.They deployed drying equipment ASAP. They explained the flood mitigation and restoration process and kept me informed during the entire engagement.

Everyone I have dealt with at SERVPRO San Ramon has been courteous, responsive, and informative. However, Myra Ruiz (water damage inspector) and Tunde ( project manager) in particular provided exceptional customer service and were extremely patient with me throughout this stressful event.
