"It's a terrifying thing when you wake up in the morning and go out into the hallway and find you are standing in 3" of water soaked carpet, on the 2nd floor of a wood building. I was recommended by the local plumber who came and discovered the cause to contact SERVPRO which I did immediately. Within hours the response was overwhelming. I opened the garage door and 7 or 8 techs carrying blowers and vacuums came sweeping in. It felt good as a small business owner in San Diego to feel like Mike Barsnica and the crew had my back. They knew what to do, and did it immediately. And calmed my nerves, no small feat! Lol. Mike kept me informed through the entire process and worked around the fact that I needed to stay here during every day of the clean up, demo to finish. They gave me enough space to make it work. These guys are experts who are proactive, listen and explain everything and then do it right. They know how to work with insurance companies.
