Karen Biehl - General Manager
Karen comes to our franchise with 30 years of experience in the restoration business and easily shares that experience with team members.
Karen is very fluent in Xactimate, Xactanaylsis and negotiating with adjusters and all insurance programs. She is well versed in assisting distressed customers through difficult home disasters and quickly puts them at ease.
Karen is a huge asset to our office and we are truly lucky to have her
Danielle Rose- Billing
Danielle is the Billing Coordinator and has worked in customer service for the last 11 years and has provided our customers with great customer service. She is a fast learner and truly enjoys learning all the different restoration services we provide. Danielle is a mother to two wonderful children and enjoys going to concerts with her husband during her time off.
Mike Cancino- Production
Mike comes to our SERVPRO team with experience in all kinds of cleaning and his strong attention to detail makes him a valued team member. Mike is a brand-new grandpa and in his spare time he travels with his band, playing the drums. He loves his family, friends, and grandson.
Jesus Aldana
Jesus is one of our Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Palm Desert. He is a joy to have around and treats our customers like family. When Jesus is not working he enjoys off-roading and hanging with friends and family.

They come to your home or business and investigate where all the emergency shutoff valves are and take pictures. Then a few days later, they bring you back this beautiful 3 ring binder with you information layed out perfectly.
I fell like now if there is an earthquake or some other disaster, I will be prepared. And it cost me nothing but a phone call. I suggest that everyone take advantage of this super cool offer.

Mr. Friedman called to say what an exceptional job Greg Gallegos and Vince Ibalbarriaga did at his home today. He was very pleased with the positive attitudes of the men after his one hour job turned into a three hour job because he added additional work to be done. She explained that he had an arrival time between 8:30am - 9:00am and that she was delighted when the doorbell rang at 8:30am. She also said that he was so nice, competant and the carpet stretching turned out great! I will work with SERVPRO again.
Mrs. Shonerd called the SERVPRO of Palm Desert office and wanted to tell Greg's boss how fabulous he was. She is very pleased with the carpet cleaning and cannot thank him enough because she was going to buy new carpet but came out this morning to find her carpet to look perfect.
