SERVPRO was quick to secure the property and got to work right away with the fire cleanup.

I have worked around and with many restoration companies over the years, Most companies will tear out as much as possible so they make money on the rebuild on the back end, however this particular team seems to always have the goal of restore in place, its less of a mess and they are in and out so much quicker. I would highly recommend them!

I care for multiple properties in Orange County and SERVPRO really helped out on a late Saturday call for one property in Newport Coast.  Thanks Aaron and his team that showed up and went right to work.

Excellent restoration team!
We had a flood in our kitchen and contacted SERVPRO.  This company is one of the few ones who are straightforward and honest with what needed to be done.  
I worked mainly with Cory Faulk who is the reconstruction project manager and he made a stressful situation run as smoothly as possible.  He's an excellent communicator and answered ALL the questions I had and had great follow-through.  Cory provided updates throughout the whole process and made sure the final product was perfect.  He definitely went above and beyond.  
I hope we won't have to use a restoration company again, but if we do, SERVPRO will be our go to. 

Cory and Logan are two of the most professional and accommodating team I have ever experienced and we are happy we hired them. We have special needs at our home since my husband has dementia. The restoration was particularly difficult for him without his routine and with noise and chaos as we lived in the house during the restoration. Both guys were very understanding and accommodating in adjusting workers and time frames to help us out. They were on the job every day to determine progress and quality and impressive in that the subcontractors they hired are extremely experienced. I highly recommend this SERVPRO team!
