I recently had a water loss at my rental property in Fontana. It was a nightmare. You hear about these things and I guess you never think they will happen to you. Water leaked from my upstairs bathroom through the ceiling downstairs. I was referred to SERVPRO of Fontana by a friend of mine, called them and they were at my house within the hour. They checked the moisture throughout my house to see what areas were affected and they set up right away. The crew they sent out was professional and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process to us, gave an estimated dollar amount and estimated days to complete. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to go through the hassle. They did a fantastic job, it's truly "Like it never even happened." I will definitely use them again. Great job!
