Who Do I Call If A Storm Damages My Home?
Rainfall is more than welcome to fill up the perc ponds near the Los Gatos Creek Trail, especially since this decrease the risk of flooding from stormy weather. Other kinds of damage can occur to residences and business properties during storms and other severe weather conditions. Because these situations also produce a loss of power, SERVPRO of Campbell owns five portable generators to produce electricity when our customers' power is out.
Flooding requires the use of our truck-mounted pumps as well as a plethora of different tools and cleaning agents used in cleaning hard surfaces affected by floodwaters. I woke up to a basement full of about 10" of standing water as a result from a storm. After experiencing repeated re-schedules from another water extraction company, I finally gave up on them and called SERVPRO late on a Friday evening. Will, the project manager, answered my call promptly, took all my information down and had 2 men at my place within a couple hours that same night. They worked efficiently and promptly and my basement was pumped out and starting to dry out within hours.
The follow up over the next few days was excellent - they were very communicative and courteous throughout the entire process, were very thorough about followup, and showed up promptly when they said they would.
Everything was handled to the utmost professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Ron and team came out to treat some considerable water damage to our apartment and provided top notch service in our unfortunate circumstances. After assessing our situation they quickly installed fans/dehumidifiers, keeping us in the loop throughout the entire drying process. When we learned that we would have to move out of the apartment for a considerable amount of time for repairs, Ron and team were there again to assist us in the "pack-out". They managed to move everything out of a 3BR+ apartment into our storage unit in under a day and half, it was truly amazing. These guys really saved the day for us, we will be using them to move back in as well. I highly recommend Ron and SERVPRO of Campbell.

This is a tough review. I hope that you never *have* to use SERVPRO, because that means something awful has happened in your life. If you do need to use a company for water damage, though, SERVPRO of Campbell are the kind of partner that you'll want to have. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
I would not have expected a tree to cause that kind of damage to my house, but thanks to your SERVPRO team, everything is already back to normal

No one should doubt the ability or expertise of these professionals, they knew just what to do in my damaged house.
I've never had a flood. Daniel was our crew chief and his crew was amazing. During the process of drying the floors, ripping out carpet and packing our house they were amazing. The crew; Greg, Ron, Arin and Monica were professional, clean and cared about our belongings. The process was overwhelming but made so much easier with the professional, trustworthy, hard working group we had. We wish all of our employees were as good. The rebuild was made easy by Will coordinating the hardwood, painting and carpeting. We would totally recommend and use them again.
