We had a flood in our kitchen on Mother's Day morning. SERVPRO showed up and quickly assessed the damage, finished the clean up, started the drying process and coordinated with my insurance company...all before one of my kids got out of bed! Through the entire process Tom, Reiner and their team were professional, courteous and seemed to have my family's best interest in mind. They were great at communicating their plan of action and, most importantly, why they did what they did. They advised me in advance when they would be at my house and actually always showed up on time! This may sound strange, but they almost seemed like ad hoc family members. While I hope I never have to use them again, I won't hesitate to contact SERVPRO if the need arises. They've earned my trust.
To whom it may concern: Not sure that this will be read directly by Tom Osmer or not. I wanted to make sure to thank him for his honest assessment of my situation. Although I have decided to pursue an alternative solution to our issue, I was so impressed with his honesty. I will not hesitate in the future to consult him should we again experience an unforeseen “disaster” (God forbid!) or recommend him to others desperate for an honest contractor to guide them through an unexpected calamity. Nice to know there are still ethical people in the world who don’t exploit a situation that a potential customer is “desperate” to fix. Thanks Tom.
