He provided us with a very reasonable worst case scenario estimate that broke down all the various charges breakdown of the charges added to We were not aware of how long the water had been leaking so we feared the worst) Later when his crew found that the damage was not as bad as we had anticipated, he deducted the items for services that were not performed. We really appreciated the transparency in his fees. Throughout the containment process, the removal of dry wall and floor boards, and the clean up, his crew was very tidy. As I was writing this review, I reread the other reviews, and his quality of service is consistent. We would whole-heartedly recommend his services.
We were so fortunate that our AAA insurance used SERVPRO to handle our kitchen restoration due to water leak issues. They did a top quality job from packing, removing cabinets and walls, protection, sanding, drying, and cleaning. Not only they know what they were doing, but communicated well with me in every step. I greatly appreciate their competence, attitude, and excellent workmanship.
