We contacted SERVPRO for help with the cleanup process and we were so impressed by their response time and attention to detail. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water and restore the warehouse to its original condition. They immediately assessed the situation, began to remove baseboard, tear out carpeting, and situate high-powered fans in strategic areas to dry out remaining water. After doing all they can, they left but returned with another crew promptly the following morning. They further investigated with a water/moisture detecting tool and discovered the presence of more water which had migrated to hallways, behind cabinets, hallways, and other rooms. I was surprised by the extent of the damage. After removing more baseboards, carpets, and cabinets, they brought in more fans and left them on continuously for 6 days, after which the drying had been complete. I was very impressed by SERVPRO's promptness, concern for our welfare, courtesy, and professionalism. They knew what they're doing and kept in mind our stressful state of mind as they carried out their business. I would use their services again should another like-situation arise and recommend their services to others in need.
