Every person I dealt with from beginning to end was utterly professional and accommodating. Yesterday my VERY NICE basement recreation, music room flooded. Carpeted, pool table, piano etc. I was at work when my housekeepers notified me. I called SERVPRO 2pm. They were at my house to meet me by 3:30. The workroom and about a third of the rec room had flooded, carpet saturated. Dylan and Juan were amiable to deal with, and by 2pm next day had removed the fans and dehumidifier. Everything good as new.
We recently used SERVPRO of Claremont / Montclair for our mold remediation. Our general contractor recommended them based on previous positive experiences with them. They were indeed professional and their customer service was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to our family and friends!
