Demil checked in with me multiple times and took care of me through and through. Great customer service.

Demil and his fantastic staff worked with me on 2 separate occasions in the past year due to water damage in our business.
Luckily, they made an inconvenient situation a lot more bearable.
Everyone we dealt with on location and over the phone was very helpful.
Demil came to the location to quickly assess the situation, answered all of my 100,000 questions - and was extremely clear in explaining the restoration process in our office.
Dealing with insurance can be a pain, but SERVPRO walked me through my restoration options and made the reimbursement extremely easy.
The equipment worked great and within a few days, the moisture from the floor/drywall was completely gone.
When they came back to retrieve the dehumidifier units as planned, the moisture reading was still too high, and they left the machines an extra day without any penalty.

I had heard horror stories of other companies taking advantage of vulnerable homeowners post-fire (i.e. demanding payment up front, not providing estimates or scopes of work). But Demil and team were transparent and extremely patient while we went through the clean up process. I highly recommend and would use them again!

They were always personable and helpful and they helped me deal with the complication of insurance with condos.
