Alex Han
Hi, my name is Alex Han, and I’m the General Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver. I’ve worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, and during that time, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in a wide range of roles — from hands-on trades to project management. In recent years, I’ve focused more on restoration work, helping clients recover from water, fire, and mold damage.
I hold several industry certifications, including Red Seal plumber and electrician, B-level gas technician with BC Safety Authority, ASTTBC home inspector, AHERA asbestos inspector, and IICRC certifications in flood, fire, and mold restoration. These qualifications help me better support our team and serve our clients.
I’m passionate about what I do and always aim to bring practical, dependable solutions to each project. I believe in working hard, staying hands-on, and continuously learning — qualities that I try to carry into every job and every client interaction.
Mandy Meng
Mandy Meng is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Abbotsford and has been with the company for over three years.
She handles project file coordination, administration, and HR support, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. With a Master’s degree in Economics and a strong background in economic management, Mandy brings both structure and professionalism to the team.
Richard Liu
Richard Liu is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver & Abbotsford and has been with us for over three years.
With an educational background in construction, Richard brings both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every project. His positive attitude, warm smile, and approachable manner help create a comfortable and reassuring experience for clients throughout the restoration process.
His friendly approach and professionalism leave a lasting impression on everyone he works with.
Asher Yang
Asher Yang is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver & Abbotsford with two years of experience.
He began his career as a Water Technician and quickly developed strong hands-on skills through active learning. Asher has also demonstrated excellent organizational and communication abilities, growing rapidly into an effective project manager. His careful, patient, and responsible approach earns him high praise from clients on every project he manages.
Leo Tan
Leo Tan is a Junior Project Manager at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver & Abbotsford. He has been with the company for two years.
Leo started his career with us as a Water Technician, where he quickly stood out for his strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to learn fast. Leo always brings energy and focus to every job and is committed to delivering quality results for our clients.
Dinesh Gurung
Dinesh is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver & Abbotsford and has been a dedicated member of our team for over two years.
He is known for his strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile, no matter the challenge. Dinesh has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and consistently demonstrates reliability and commitment on every job.

Henry Zhang is a Reconstruction Technician at SERVPRO of Central Vancouver & Abbotsford and has been with us for over five years.
With more than 20 years of experience in renovation, Henry is a key pillar of our reconstruction team. His expertise and steady workmanship make him an essential part of every project.

As a daycare center, when we reopen, we contacted for daily sanitizing during the COVID-19 Pandemic; it makes all staff feel more comfortable to be working in the professionally sanitized environment.
Best service I ever experienced. They showed up 10 minutes earlier before the appointment , professional equipment, very detailed cleaning. After the service done, they walked me through and make sure I am satisfied with the service. They even power washed my drive way and sunroof which I did not expect to be done. they did beyond their duty and I am very amazed by their professional working attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
We got some sewage problems in one of our rental properties in
Abbotsford. Called SERVPRO of Abbotsford for help, and it turns out to be a right choice. They responded quickly, and took care of the business. The tenant is happy with them too. They also helped us with the insurance claim, which made it very easy for us. This is the first time we claim property insurance, and hopefully, we do not need to do this again. Thank you SERVPRO, good job!
Terry and Alex were easy to communicate with and very reliable for the duration of our basement restoration. We appreciated the regular progress updates, checking in with us, seeking and incorporating our feedback. Along the way there were unanticipated/new issues that arose and we felt we could trust the team to inform us of the issues and present different options to move forward with the project. We felt the team respected our privacy and our time and treated our home with the same care as they would their own home. They took responsibility for the work subcontracted out and maintained a high standard (usually pointing out problems before we noticed ourselves). We would not hesitate to recommend this team to our family and friends and we would strongly consider them again for future projects.

Alex and his crew were great from the first phone contact to the conclusion of the remediation. Prompt, excellent communication and follow-up and competent workmanship. We will for sure call them if/when we have another flooding issue in our building.
We had a flood in the building going down all 3 floors and into the parkade. We called Alex who came over immediately. He and his technicians were extremely respectful and competent. They took care of everything for us. We will call them if we have this kind of issue in the future. We highly recommend this company!
