Less than 48 hours before our open house our ceiling collapsed in. My insurance suggested I use SERVPRO. Tiffany had her guys out within 2 hours. The first person who arrived to our house was Jordan. He was very sympathetic of our situation, throughly explained the process to us and quickly got to work drying the area. He even came back after the plumber left to assure the equipment was put back correctly.
