He has two beautiful Daughters and a son. He started working full-time in the Family Franchise in early 2015. Kevin had plenty of hands-on experience when he worked part-time as a technician. He has also worked on countless water losses, Carpet cleaning, and only the nastiest mold jobs. He takes 10 hours every month for training to improve himself and the business. She leads multiple departments, from marketing and events to inventory control, demo coordination, content processing, and emergency response strategy.
Nicole is IICRC-certified in Water Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Biohazard Cleanup. She holds specialized training in confined space operations, making her one of the region's most well-rounded and respected professionals.

With a deep understanding of restoration science and compassionate service, Sandra is trusted to manage some of the most sensitive and detail-intensive aspects of every loss.
Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Biohazard Cleanup, and Confined Space Operations, Sandra oversees contents inventory, pack-out coordination, cleaning, demo support, and emergency response for both residential and commercial jobs.

My wife is pregnant and is more at risk of getting sick, and we found out we had mold in our apartment unit. I didn't want just some maintenance guy removing it I wanted to make sure we get some professionals in here to take care of it all. SERVPRO of North Central Mesa arrived within the first day that I called and took care of the problem with the complex.
I've been stuck at an apartment for over two months with no one to help move in my couch and bed. So an Air Mattress has been the only thing that has kept me somewhat off the floor. SERVPRO of North Central Mesa was so kind to help me today move everything up 3 flights of stairs. Couldn't be here without them today.
