SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix is locally owned and operated here in beautiful Avondale, AZ. We specialize in cleanup and restoration services in your home or business caused by water, fire, or storm damage. The owner of SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix, Qaisar Odeh, highly values his community and surrounding towns to help families and restore their properties to pre-damage conditions.
Prior to purchasing SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix, located in Avondale, AZ, Qaisar Odeh has been a SERVPRO owner in Chicago, IL, where he lived most of his life. In February of 2016, he and his family decided to move to Arizona, where he continued his journey as a SERVPRO owner. Being a part of SERVPRO is the key to his success. He knows the structure of business as he has been doing it for over 10 years now.
Besides the success, being a SERVPRO owner has given Qaisar great satisfaction in helping families. Residential or commercial, we are always here to help!

Recently I had a water damage to my home. SERVPRO of Litchfield / West Phoenix came in to handle the mess the water left behind. Just wanted to pass along that Terron Davis and Percy Griffin did a wonderful job cutting out the wet material and cleaning up after themselves.

I would like to loudly sing the praises of Mr. Davis and the other fellow who worked with him on drying out my walls and floor after my bathroom leak caused damage. Mr. Davis not only did his job extremely well, but took into consideration how stressful everything was for me. He and his partner had to move furniture and other things around to situate the fans, and they made sure to replace everything when the job was done. The site was left as tidy as possible. Please give these guys a great big bonus. They deserve it.
This was the second time I used SERVPRO in Avondale to repair water damage in my home. The first time was for mold in the ceiling after a shower drain leak and this recent one was for a clogged condensation drain in the AC unit (get yours cleaned regularly!). Both times they did a great job getting out the affected drywall neatly and identifying the issue. I am particularly happy with their performance on this last job. It was a holiday weekend and they came and took care of the problem at my home, which is a rental. I live out of state and it was short notice. The technician, communicated well with me and followed up to inspect the home at the earliest opportunity. The price was very reasonable and lower than I expected. They could have inflated the price greatly because I am out of state, but they have integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend their services if you want prompt and professional service without shenanigans. Keep up the great work!
Fantastic service ! discovered mold in my pantry, had SERVPRO of Litchfield/West Phoenix crew come in and remove it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Step by step Kaiser informed me of what mold is and how it will be treated. Crew starter right away remediation and my home was clean of mold in no time. Was very satisfied with the company.
