His background includes many corporate and IICRC-industry certifications such as WRT (water), FST (fire & smoke), Mold Remediation, ASD applied structural drying, RRRP Lead Paint Renovation, and Subrogation. Jason is experienced and accomplished in the day to day operations of his franchise and skillfully runs the show. He interfaces well with commercial clients, customers, office staff, technicians, the sales force, and insurance companies. Jason hails from Mesa and now lives in Phoenix, close to his franchise. He is enthusiastic about making this an award winning SERVPRO franchise.

Nicole is an Owner & General Manager of SERVPRO of Central Phoenix since 2016. She has broad expertise in both phases of the business: the administrative and the technical. She has a strong background in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Exactimate Programming and ISO (Insurance Services Office, Inc.), Marketing, and Advertising. Couple this with Nicole's qualified technical training and certifications in water damage restoration, structural drying, and mold remediation, and you have a notably well-rounded and talented owner. Nicole hails from Detroit and now makes her home in Phoenix, AZ.

Chris holds important job posts at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix as a Senior Estimator and Commercial Project Manager. He has been a team member since 2004 and has acquired many certifications. Chris uses the Exactimate software program for estimating jobs and directs cleanups for biohazardous job sites. He uses his skills in confined space restoration, Fire & Smoke FST, and WRT water damage restoration to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Chris is a native of Romania and now lives in Mesa.

Anthony is our SERVPRO of Central Phoenix Marketing Manager who also contributes to our franchise as a Sales & Marketing Representative. He joined our team in 2016 and has a lot of experience in advertising, marketing, and teaching. 'Fat Tony,' as he likes to be called, leads the way by example in communicating with our neighbors and trade associations to offer exceptional services. Tony also teaches Continuing Education semi-annual gatherings with local real estate and insurance agents. He always strives to increase our footprint in our service area. He resides in Chandler now though he comes from Clio, Michigan.

David is an Asbestos Lead Tech / Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Central Phoenix. He has been abating asbestos issues and working on Crime Scene Cleanups since 2013. He is an IICRC industry certified crew leader who offers on the job instructions for our team members. David is a veteran Demolition Man and is always instilling confidence in our clients. David is a native of San Diego, CA and now calls Phoenix home.
