I’ve been in the house since and you would never know the amount of damage that was there. The first floor looks like a model home. They did an amazing job! SERVPRO was recommended by our insurance company when our hot water heater leaked. They were quick to respond, efficient, and informative about the cleanup. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule. As with any project there were some blips, but they were quickly addressed. All contractors and subcontractors were professional and a pleasure to work with!

Kelly Edwards went out of his way to help me when I had an emergency. I woke up to water coming down through my ceiling from the attic that was dripping down to both my first and second floors. My ceiling and floors were already being damaged so I needed to find someone to help quickly. It was a very last minute emergency and I knew the more the water leak kept coming down the more damage to my home by the minute. Mr Edwards was totally booked up but still went out of his way to stay on the phone with me and get another local person on the phone to help me. What a nice guy. He didn’t have to do that and had nothing to gain. I would definitely recommend this business as the owner seems to really care about people and want to help. Thank you again!!

Will was exceptional with a flood we had in our master bath. He and his coworker (wish I could remember his name) came out and took such great care of our house. We have two small children so they went the extra mile to make sure there was minimal mess and dust. We so appreciated that.

A water main burst in the ceiling of my restaurant. Ryan and the crew arrived quickly and they immediately got to work clearing out wet materials that could be removed. They set up over 30 fans and dehumidifiers. They kept me updated continuously throughout the process. They worked like a well oiled machine. I was kept in the loop they worked directly with my insurance adjuster and made the process much less stressful than I expected.
